Hello.

My name is Jon Penney.

I’m an Architectural Technologist with extensive knowledge of conceptual and technical building design gained working for Architects and Building Surveyors over twenty-five years. A brief CV outlining my qualifications and the companies I’ve worked for is shown on the CV page of this website.

I provide design and drawing services to Architects and Surveyors to assist with the delivery of their projects.

I also provide architectural services for residential clients to help plan and obtain permissions for the modification, adaptation, or extension of their homes to suit the changing needs of their families.

I take pride in producing innovative and cost-effective design solutions. Designs will generally seek to create a sense of rationale and connection between spaces with the optimal use of natural lighting whilst fulfilling the requirements of your brief.
